"Emmanuel supported me in my search for a new position of responsibility requiring significant technical and managerial skills, as part of a career move.

Emmanuel helped me define all the parameters of my ideal job in line with my values, and we worked together on my professional project (business sectors, different possible positions, international outlook). I understood what I absolutely had to have in my job in order to feel happy and fulfilled, and the criteria from which I would not deviate.

Emmanuel prepared me and coached me in all the key stages of a recruitment interview: my presentation with a pitch that allows me to differentiate myself from other candidates, answers to HR questions, answers to questions asked by managers and other operational staff, salary negotiation (which was the most difficult point for me). My search lasted several months. I went through a lot of recruitment processes, with dozens of interviews. It wasn't always easy because I had to organize myself between my current job, which is very demanding, the coaching sessions with Emmanuel and all the recruitment interviews. When I was down in the dumps, Emmanuel was always cheering me on, always there for me when I needed his help and support. We went through this period together, and it was a real life experience rich in positive emotions and a milestone in my personal development.

All my efforts have paid off, as I've just landed my dream job. I'm very grateful to Emmanuel for his help and guidance, because it's thanks to him that my dream will come true. I've also asked Emmanuel to accompany me as I take up my new position, as the first few weeks at the company are crucial and I want to make sure I'm going in the right direction.
