The amazing story of two graduates - they met at KEDGE and founded a company together 10 years later!
Aurélien and Alexandre met while studying at the school in 2008/ They graduated in 2012. Today, they are the founders of IKXO, a consulting firm that specialises in Product Management.
Founded 2 years ago, IKXO is a consulting firm specialized in Product Management. Its mission is tohelp companies design and improve their digital products by strengthening their Product teams. IKXO aims to achieve sales of 1.5 million euros by 2022, and currently employs around twenty consultants. The company works with customers of all sizes and in all sectors, in the media, transport, energy, real estate or financial services.
" We created IKXO with the aim of building a consulting company on a human scale, with values that reflect our own: humility, pragmatism and a sense of team spirit ," emphasizes Alexandre Godet.
"In product management, users are often asked for feedback. We're very keen to do the same with IKXO, and our consultants are very involved in the co-construction of the company ," adds Aurélien Gaubusseau.
IKXO's product vision is in line with its values. It's pragmatic: " For us, there isn't just one way of making a product; there are as many ways of making a product as there are product organizations. Each organization has its own specificities, history and constraints.
IKXO highlights these diversities and different levels of product maturity notably through its Product Club, a club dedicated to product team managers, to enable them to share their views on managerial product issues (organization, governance, methods, management, processes, etc.).

Alexandre, Aurélien, you both graduated from KEDGE and co-founded IKXO together. Can you tell us more about how you met, how you co-founded your company, and your goals for the future?
Aurélien: We met at school in 2008. Gaubusseau, Godet, our names start with the letter G, so we ended up in the same section. We hit it off straight away, and have been friends for over 10 years now.
Alexandre: Our professional paths crossed for the first time when Aurélien co-opted me in 2015 at Alten, where we worked in the same team for almost 4 years.
Aurélien: Over and above our personal affinities, we realized that we really complemented each other in our work. And that's why we decided to join forces.
Alexandre: At IKXO, Aurélien is in charge of HR, finance and administration, while I handle business and communications.
Aurélien: Our ambition is to recruit15 new consultants a year for 2 years, and reach 50 employees by the end of 2024, to give us the means to launch new initiatives in the world of tech and digital.
