Guislain will lead a team of more than 7,850 postal workers, including 4,550 letter carriers, ensuring mail and parcel delivery to more than two million points of distribution. His expertise will contribute to strengthening human proximity, responding to emerging consumer expectations.

Graduating from KEDGE with a Master's degree in Quality Management in 2012, Guislain joined La Poste in 2008, bringing with him a wealth of experience in mass retailing. Originally from the Loiret region of France, this seasoned professional is keen to deploy the orientations of the Group's strategic plan "La Poste 2030, committed to you" throughout the region.
