Buddl is a Toulouse-based start-up founded in 2022 by Stéphanie Marie and Ferdinand Mitsch. A financial expert with experience of the Big 4, she joined forces with Ferdinand Mitsch, serial entrepreneur and CTO, to create the first collaborative financial planning application for SMEs. Together, they put together a team to meet the challenge of becoming the benchmark in financial management for SMEs.

To enable all companies to gain greater visibility of their financial data, by giving them access to the right tools. To meet this challenge, they have imagined, designed and developed a brand new web application that aims to revolutionize the day-to-day life of finance departments and, more generally, start-ups and SMEs.

When I graduated from KEDGE, I joined one of the most prestigious financial firms, which launched me into the world of finance. I then moved on to a number of different companies, and in recent years I've discovered the world of startups. It's a world where everything moves very fast, where the slightest decision impacts the business in real time, and that's something I find fascinating. That's how my entrepreneurial spirit was rekindled.

With 10 years' experience behind me, I decided to tackle a problem that I'd encountered on several occasions. Spending my time chasing data to the detriment of analyzing it. In the world of financial planning and reporting, there are many tools for large companies, but few or none for smaller structures. Today, with Buddl, we offer an alternative to spreadsheets for all these companies.
