In this key position, Alexandra is in charge of steering all the operations professions to meet the expectations of SNCF Immobilier's internal customers. She aims to align the actions of the various territories for greater efficiency, and to support changing needs in conjunction with the other two new departments.

With a degree in management from KEDGE Bordeaux and a Master 246 in real estate management from Paris-Dauphine, Alexandra began her career in 2006 as an investor relations consultant. She then moved on to Züblin Immobilière France, Icade and Covivio, before joining SNCF Immobilier in 2020.

Since her appointment in 2022 as Managing Director of S2FIT1, she has played a key role in the energy renovation and enhancement of commercial property.
