Wines and spirits in the spotlight: 11 kedgeuses and kedgers to keep an eye on

Discover 11 KEDGE graduates who have made their mark in the wine and spirits industry!

"Pedagogy that puts experience at the heart of learning.

For more than 20 years, this has been the motto of the Kedge Wine School.

Our programs are built on a historical "terroir" combining finance, management and marketing, and are enriched by "roots" bringing knowledge of wines and spirits.

Our research professors train our students in management and marketing, and our external lecturers, high-level professionals, bring all their technical and tasting knowledge, to satisfy our students' desire for the right balance between reflection and tasting.

It's with this state of mind that the Kedge Wine School team works every day for passion and emotion."

- David Biraud, Director of KEDGE Wine School

🎓 A graduate of KEDGE Business School Bordeaux (PGE 1996) and holder of an MBA from HEC Paris, I launched my career with Accenture before joining the Adecco Group, where I had the opportunity to develop solid international experience.

My career path then led me to join Reed Midem in 2009 as Marketing and Customer Services Director. This experience enabled me to strengthen my skills in event management on a global scale, before moving to Singapore where I took over as head of the Food & Hotel Asia portfolio for the Informa Group. This role allowed me to oversee one of Asia's largest trade shows dedicated to the food, beverage and hotel equipment industry. 🌍

Since 2019, I have been Managing Director of Vinexpo, which became Vinexposium in 2020. As an expert in the organization of international trade events, I have put my experience and knowledge of key markets at the service of the group. My aim is to restore Vinexposium's role as world leader, in particular with the launch of Wine Paris & Vinexpo in 2020. This project has consolidated Vinexposium's position as a key player in the wine and spirits industry. 🍷
