Livio-Emilio Sanna, KEDGE graduate, co-founds Nomad. and revolutionizes travel insurance
🎓 A graduate of KEDGE's Grande École Program (class of 2019), Livio-Emilio Sanna made his way in the world of startups before launching Nomad.
Nomad. Travel insurance designed for new uses! An entrepreneurial project born of a concrete need, with a clear ambition: to reinvent the traveler's experience.
🚀 A path built at the heart of the startup and tech ecosystem
Before co-creating Nomad, Livio-Emilio gained experience in high-growth environments: Ouibus, Blablacar, Frichti, Matera, then Dalma, an insurtech specializing in animal health. As Head of Growth, he played an active role in structuring the company, culminating in a €35 million Series B financing round. These years enabled him to hone his expertise in go-to-market, growth strategy and user experience.
✨ An idea born in the field and transformed into an entrepreneurial project

In the summer of 2024, while preparing for a trip abroad, he was struck by theopacity of the travel insurance offer and the lack of simplicity in the underwriting process. Convinced that something better could be done, he and his brother decided to take the plunge. In January 2025, the adventure began. Three months later, Nomad. was officially launched.
