✈️ Air France & KEDGE: a strategic partnership to get talent off the ground

KEDGE Business School and Air France have reached a new milestone in their collaboration by signing a strategic partnership on May 14, 2025 on the KEDGE campus in Paris.

The aim? Strengthen synergies between academic training and the professional world, meet the recruitment challenges of the airline industry, and promote meaningful careers.

🎓 Concrete opportunities for students and recent graduates

With this partnership, Air France is making an active commitment to KEDGE students to help them discover its businesses - from supply chain to digital marketing - and offer internships and work-study contracts in its various departments. From now on, the company will be present at a number of key moments in the life of the school, including forums, conferences, teaching sessions and work placements.

This proximity will create a real bridge between the courses taught at KEDGE and the realities of the airline industry, while enhancing the employability of young graduates.

🤝 A long-term partnership

This partnership is part of a relationship of trust initiated in 2016, through tailor-made training courses offered by KEDGE for Air France executives. To date, more than 60 chief pilots have been trained on a managerial path between 2023 and 2024, and more than 80 KEDGE graduates are currently working for the airline.

By pooling their expertise, KEDGE and Air France aim to go even further, working together to build professional, agile career paths adapted to the major transformations taking place in the world of work.

✨ Great news for our alumni network

This alliance represents a new gateway to inspiring careers for our students and young graduates, but also an opportunity for alumni to follow the evolution of the airline professions or to reconnect with the Air France universe, notably via future collaborations or mentoring actions.

"This partnership enriches KEDGE's ecosystem of partners, bringing together an emblematic airline company and a management school focused on innovation and commitment (...) By combining our expertise, we are helping to build the employability of our students and create meaningful career paths. (...) By combining our expertise, we are helping to build the employability of our students and create meaningful career paths."
