What is a Graduate Program?
The Graduate Program, a method of recruiting and training employees in large companies that originated in Anglo-Saxon countries, is becoming increasingly popular in France. Also known as a career accelerator, this new recruitment style is used by large international companies to seek out the “elite” among their new employees.
As a result, the selection process for joining a Graduate Program is tough. The minimum recruitment level is a five-year degree, and the hiring process can be extremely long and rigorous. The most promising sectors for Graduate Programs are marketing, finance, and engineering. A significant advantage of choosing this option is that salaries are approximately 10% to 15% higher than those of young graduates who have not participated in a Graduate Program.
However, it should be noted that this program requires a great deal of motivation and energy. There are big goals to be achieved, as well as a certain amount of pressure due to the status of the Graduate Program, which presents participants as “the future of the company.”
