This website collects data about you (such as, personal and professional mail, address, position and employment details, your contributions, or emails that you have opened.)
This data is intended for:
- students and KEDGE graduates (information appearing in the online directory);
- KEDGE staff members (such as, contact information, membership fees, and participation in events);
or
- KEDGE partners:
- Members of the KEDGE Alumni Administration Council (such as, contact information, membership fees, and participation in events);
- Recruiters who have purchased access to the KEDGE Alumni database for recruitment purposes (information visible on the online directory); and,
- Journals that publish annual rankings of business schools (surname, first name, addresses, and business names for entrepreneurs). They have agreed to use the data only for conducting surveys and must advise the CNIL (Commision Nationale de l’Information et des Libertés) of each new survey.

What data do we collect and how do we use it?
We collect information you have provided in the various forms found on your profile page regarding:
- your civil status;
- your contact details (personal and professional);
- your academic path;
- groups you have joined; and
- other information we have requested (such as your CV, biography, qualifications, your social networks, etc).
You can control what data that you wish to have posted in the online directory from your profile page in the section called “Confidentialities” (such as public access, member-only access (KEDGE students and graduates), access to members and recruiters, access to KEDGE staff).
In the subscriptions section on in your account, you can choose to receive newsletters, information pertaining to KEDGE Alumni services, or decline to be sent surveys.
Finally, when paying a membership fee or registering for an event, certain information is retained to ensure that your subscription or registration is properly managed (date of payment, amount paid, etc.). Likewise, we are required to keep information concerning the emails that you have received, read, or clicked on while connected to the website.
These data are intended for the administrators of the website (KEDGE staff) and allow us the ability to offer you quality service.
Exercise of rights.
In conformance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you are entitled to the right of access to, and rectification of, information that concerns you.
