Discussions between graduates and KEDGE management on our new strategy

Following the unveiling of your school's new strategy, Alexandre De Navailles, Managing Director of KEDGE, presents the "KEDGE 25" strategy.

Dear graduates,

Anil Benard Dendé,
Deputy Managing Director, Vincent Mangematin, Dean of the Faculty and Director of Academic Affairs, Anicia Jaegler, Professor and Dean of Inclusivity, and myself. Inclusivity and Myself held a press conference on the morning of Thursday March 25 to unveil the "KEDGE 25" strategic plan.

I'm convinced that you, Kedge graduates, are key players in our school's future, and it seemed only natural to share with you the directions the school wishes to take over the next 5 years.

This strategy has been defined collegially, following on from the previous strategic plan, in constant consultation with our governance, students, graduates, partners and employees. It also takes into account the evolutions of our society and its challenges, because it seems obvious to us that to represent its community, of which you are a part, the school must be in phase with its time and the future.

Our ambition is to be a benchmark school for those who want to learn to do and succeed by doing.

Our commitment is based on 3 promises:

  • We want to be an original, sustainable and inclusive school.
  • Your skills will always be up to date.
  • We are rooted in our local communities and open to the world.

To fulfill these promises, we have identified 26 strategic projects on which our teams are mobilized and which will be rolled out over the next 5 years.

This strategy is also your strategy. You are the first ambassadors of your school's reputation.

To find out more about its content and the concrete actions we intend to implement to meet our commitments, I invite you to consult the detailed press kit by clicking here.

I look forward to seeing you on April 6 at 7:00 p.m. by joining this meeting, for which you can register on this page.
