"Industry Outlook and Perspectives: Whats4u, which brings together 17 engineering and business schools, invites you to join a Zoom discussion with Chloé Andriamihaja (Founder & CEO of Mora Mora Life, and member of the CEC Industries Executive Committee), Max Blanchet (Senior Executive Director in charge of the Supply Chain & Operations practice at Accenture Strategy) and Virginie Saks (co-founder and partner, Compagnum). This roundtable will be followed by a networking session and contact exchange, open to all sectors, for a friendly and enriching inter-association moment.

The round table will be followed by a networking session during which participants will be randomly divided into pairs or trios, for a quick presentation and exchange of contacts, in 15-minute sessions. An opportunity to make unexpected and enriching encounters!

Whats4u brings together Chloé Andriamihaja (Founder of Mora Mora Life and Executive Committee Member at CEC Industries) and Max Blanchet (Senior Executive Director, leading the Supply Chain & Operations practice at Accenture Strategy) to discuss current evolutions and future perspectives of the industrial sector — and to answer your questions.


- 7.15pm > 8:00pm: Networking alumni from all sectors
Here are a few reminders to help you make the most of this moment of exchange:

  • Prepare a brief to introduce yourself (profile, sectors and companies that interest you) so that you can get straight to the point ✔️
  • For the networking, you will be invited to join a room to meet one or two other alumni. Click on "accept" to start networking. Play along, don't leave your fellow alumni alone
    with their drinks ;) 💬
  • Once you're in the networking room, start by exchanging contacts, to avoid being disconnected first! The administrator disconnects the rooms every 12 to 15 minutes, so it would be a
    it would be a shame to have exchanged with someone and not have taken their email... A message will warn you 60 seconds before the automatic disconnection, but better safe than sorry. ⏱️
  • Every 12 to 15 minutes, you'll change rooms to meet other alumni, until 8pm. 🔄
 

Event organized by WHATS4U: Whats4U is a project that brings together 18 alumni associations from prestigious engineering and management Grandes Écoles. For over 15 years, Whats4U has been connecting alumni and recruiters via its job platform www.whats4u.org and events.

    Academic Director of MS ® Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management (EMI) - Mora Mora Life

    Chloé Andriamihaja is an executive advisor in responsible performance and the founder of Mora Mora Life, a mission-driven company that helps organizations transition toward more sustainable models — authentically and without pressure. For over 15 years, she has supported both public and private organizations in France and abroad, using sustainability as a lever for performance, innovation, and resilience. A graduate of Arts et Métiers and INSEAD, she built her expertise in the industrial sector, especially in agri-food, by leading development, investment, and transformation projects. She is a member of the governance committee at B Lab France and the executive committee of the Convention des Entreprises pour le Climat - Industries, helping to scale impactful sustainability initiatives by placing people and collaboration at the heart of strategy.

  • Max BLANCHET
    Executive Director of the Humanity 2.0 Institute and researcher at the Harvard Human Flourishing Program - Accenture Strategy

    With more than 30 years of experience in strategy consulting, Max Blanchet leads the global Supply Chain practice at Accenture Strategy. He specializes in the industrial sector and large-scale business transformations, with a strong focus on digital and artificial intelligence. He advises executive teams from major industrial groups, industry associations, and public institutions. A recognized thought leader, he has authored three books on industry — including "L’Industrie du XXI siècle" — and regularly speaks and writes about the future of the industrial world.

  • Virginie SAKS
    Co-founder and partner - Compagnum

    A graduate of ESSEC Business School, Virginie SAKS quickly joined the industry as Sales Director at Constellium (metallurgy for the aeronautics market). In 2018, she became interested in regional development and set up a training institute for local authorities. Since 2020, she has headed Compagnum, an expert firm specializing in reindustrialization and the territorial anchoring of industry. She regularly speaks on the territorial responsibility of industry and chairs the ESSEC Alumni Club of Industrialists. She initiated a new teaching chair on Deeptech and the Industry of the Future at ESSEC, of which she will become Executive Director starting in September 2025. Compagnum is currently recruiting internships and work-study programs focused on the local anchoring of industry.
