WATs4U is a platform of excellence bringing together the 22 top business and engineering schools, offering graduates of these schools the best opportunities offered by recruiters looking for new talent.

WATs4U enables :

  • Facilitate the career development of each graduate, so that his or her professional career reflects his or her talent.
  • Give recruiters access to a selective community of top-level executives.

A network of 350,000 alumni

When recruiters are looking for an experienced profile, they often avoid advertising their vacancy to the general public, in order to receive a minimum number of applications from profiles lacking the required level.In France, it is estimated that 80% of the job market is hidden, meaning that 8 out of 10 opportunities are circulated internally or via private networks. WATs4U was born out of this observation. The platform, accessible only to graduates of a list of schools selected by a jury, aims to offer recruiters the best profiles.

To achieve its mission, WATs4U has developed a range of services dedicated to recruiters and graduates, based on three main axes:

  • Matching the needs of companies with the professional desires of graduates of our schools;
  • Promoting the building ofa high-level professional network;
  • Pool the career management information sources available to alumni associations.

Recruitment forum

WATs4U organizes 2 recruitment forums a year, in Paris or by videoconference, to enable graduates to meet companies looking for talent among our graduates. Companies such as LOUIS VUITTON, LVMH, VINCI, TRANSFORMATION MAKERS, ENGIE, GROUPE RENAULT, MANTU, JULHIET STERWEN, BPI FRANCE were present at the last editions.
