In its strategic plan, KEDGE aims to live up to the promise of being an original, sustainable and inclusive school. Its ambition is to be a school with a differentiating pedagogical identity, while continuing its dynamic response to the objectives of sustainable development and inclusiveness. It aims to provide access to top-level higher education for all, with a commitment to equal opportunities.
The Caisse d'Epargne CEPAC, a regional banking player committed to its territory, has for many years been working alongside KEDGE to promote the professional integration of students.
Building on these shared values, this year the two partners have decided to strengthen their commitment in response to these challenges, and to roll out an associated action plan.
Anil Benard-Dendé, Deputy Managing Director of KEDGE, and Hervé d'Harcourt, Member of the Executive Board in charge of CEPAC's resources division, formalized a partnership agreement on Thursday October 21 on the KEDGE Marseille campus, with the main aim of developing individual, academic and professional performance.
The agreement is structured around three key areas that reflect the positioning of both players:
- A #Wellness program aimed at preventing social and psychological risks for students
- An #Entrepreneurship program to encourage female entrepreneurship
- An #Inclusion program via the Ecole Entrepreneuriale.
The Ecole Entrepreneuriale is a unique training program dedicated to young entrepreneurs aged 18 to 30, mainly from disadvantaged neighborhoods. It was launched jointly with Apprentis d'Auteuil.

To mark the second year of the program, CEPAC decided to support one of the students with an annual grant.
For Anil Benard-Dendé, "it' s by combining our experience in support and our values around social openness that we will meet the challenges of equal opportunities and employability for all. Thanks to the loyal commitment of CEPAC, we are once again demonstrating our involvement in the development of the region.
For Hervé D'Harcourt Member of the Executive Board of Caisse d'Epargne CEPAC, in charge of the Resources division: " The Caisse d'Epargne CEPAC has always been at the side of young people, and is proud to reaffirm its commitment to KEDGE Business School in promoting the inclusion of students, particularly those who wish to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure. By supporting KEDGE Business School, CEPAC intends to help remove the obstacles to individual academic success and employability for young people. This partnership is fully in line with our mission: tobe useful to all.
