KEDGE Alumnus François Josse has been appointed Head of International Insurance at Crédit Agricole Assurances!

Crédit Agricole Assurances has announced the appointment of François Josse as Head of International Insurance. In this capacity, he will also sit on its Executive Committee. He graduated from KEDGE in 1994.

François Josse began his career in 1995 as a senior auditor and later as a consultant before he went to work for COVEA in 2003. He held several positions at COVEA both in France and abroad, including Director of Life and Property & Casualty Operations at MMA in Le Mans. In 2005, François became Director of Claims Performance at COVEA and in 2009 he was appointed Director of Accounting/Controlling/Actuarial Services, again at MMA. 

 

In 2011 he became Managing Director of Fidelia Assistance, a subsidiary of COVEA. From 2016 to 2018, he was the Managing Director of BPM Vita and BPM Assicurazioni (COVEA), in Milan - both banking-insurance joint ventures owned by COVEA (81%) and Banco BPM (19%). He has been the Director of COVEA's international activities since 2018, with responsibility for managing eight foreign subsidiaries in four countries (Italy, Luxembourg, UK, and USA) and piloting COVEA's strategic holdings in Spain and Canada.

François Josse is a graduate of the Centre des Hautes Etudes d'Assurances in Paris and holds a Masters in Finance and Business Management from KEDGE Business School (Marseille). He also completed a course in Finance and Business Management at the University of Regensburg (Germany).
