Having joined L'Oréal as a trainee, Audrey quickly distinguished herself by her commitment and passion for sourcing, a field she describes as founded on essential values: ethics, performance and responsibility. These principles have guided her journey within the company, where she has helped to create the Indirect Sourcing department, defined demanding and responsible values, and introduced innovative new business models while improving the company's footprint.

🎓 Audrey emphasises the importance of the relationships she has built along the way, with colleagues, suppliers and partners, which have inspired her to give her best from day one. She looks forward to the challenges ahead in her new role as Head of Operations for the Professional Products Division, and extends a warm thank you to the team that has supported her over the years.
