With over 28 years' experience in high-tech industrial environments, Frédéric Bugnon has built a solid career at Alstom (for 8 years) and then Safran, where he has been working for two decades now.

Safran is an international high-technology group operating in the aerospace and defense sectors. Present on every continent, the Group employs 79,000 people and holds world or European leadership positions in its markets.

Its mission: to make a lasting contribution to a safer world, by making air transport more environmentally friendly, more comfortable and more accessible. Listed on Euronext Paris, Safran is included in the CAC 40 and Euro Stoxx 50 indices.

Accustomed to managing international teams, substantial budgets and strategic purchasing portfolios, Frédéric Bugnon has demonstrated his ability to adapt to complex environments: aeronautics, railways, electronics, composite materials, etc.

In particular, he has led transformation and crisis management missions at industrial sites in England, Italy and the United States, while helping to improve overall performance: service rates, cost and inventory reduction, organizational structuring.

His new appointment is a logical extension of his expertise in Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO), a field in which he has been involved for several years.

This strategic position gives him responsibility for all support and service operations over an extended perimeter: France, Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa. A major challenge in a sector undergoing constant change, where customer relations and operational performance are more important than ever.
