Co-building workshops on "Being a woman in the workplace today"

In the workplace today, women don't allow themselves to freely express their deepest aspirations, their values still fail to recognised generally speaking. Women naturally believe in kindness, trust, collective intelligence... 

These "OPEN LAB au féminin" workshops will give you the opportunity to get together and discuss this problem, which remains widespread among women: being and daring to be a WOMAN in the workplace today.

Learning Objectifs: 

Programme:

• Workshop 1:  learn about the "dynamic spiral", a relevant approach to explore the subject of "being and daring to be a WOMAN in the workplace today." 

The dynamic spiral shows the différent stages of evolution of individuals, organisations, and societies to better understand what is happening in the workplace today and define the behaviours to adopt to be true to yourself and improve your wellbeing.

• Workshops 2, 3 & 4: practical application using concrete examples from your professional lives

Each workshop will be divided into four key momentsC:

1. re-centreing: meditation, cardiac coherence or another exercise to release tension, calm emotions, and be fully available. 
2. internal/external weather check: go around the table to hear about everyone's realities of the week 
3. creativity space: vision board, Bono's thinking hats, word café or another collective intelligence tool… question practices, revisit fundamental questions, imagine new modes of action, and dare to act differently.
4. gratitude: develop trust and nourish the relationship 

Pratical Modalities:

• groups of 12 people
• sessions last 3 hours and there are four sessions
• led by a professional coach

• 03/05 at 6:30 pm - room 703 in the executive center

• 19/06 at 6:30 pm - room 704 in the executive center
• 09/07 at 6:30 pm - room 704 in the executive center
