With this in mind, Lean In France has developed a negotiation workshop designed to play down the subject, pass on this essential behavioral skill for navigating the world of work, and ensure that your skills are recognized for their true worth.

Insaff El Hassini:

Insaff is a true agent of change. Born into a multicultural family and raised between France and Africa, she is a committed campaigner for women's rights and diversity.

An international lawyer, she has spent the last ten years working for major law firms, corporations, investment banks and in the public sector (French Consulate).

Spearheading the Lean In movement in France, she is the founder and director of Lean In France, the official branch of the Sheryl Sandberg and Dave Goldberg Family Foundation, an NGO dedicated to the empowerment, promotion and career advancement of women.

Determined to reduce the wage gap between men and women, and convinced that negotiation is a key skill in achieving this objective, Insaff has designed a wage negotiation workshop which it runs in France and around the world (Africa, Europe, Pakistan, USA).

Insaff is also the founder and director of She Loves Tech France, the world's largest Tech start-up competition promoting women in Tech and Tech by women.
