OBJECTIVES:

With the major economic slowdown caused by the Covid-19 crisis, more than ever, companies affected need to restart their business activities as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The objectives of sales coaching sessions are to help entrepreneurs, business populations, and generally, anyone involved in business development, reach their career and business goals as quickly, easily, and with little stress,

PROGRAMME:

These Sales Coaching sessions are completely personalised and aim to:

• Precisely define, at the beginning of each session, the SMART objectives that serve the general objectives of this coaching service
• Identify all challenges that keep you from reaching these objectives
• Identify the most relevant solutions to overcome said challenges
• Develop soft-skills and motivation to reach new levels of healthy performance
• Implement and follow-up action plans that serve the objectives defined at each session.

At the very first contact, we will evaluate whether this service is relevant to your needs based on your objectives and profile. The number of coaching sessions required will be estimated based on how long it will take to achieve your goals.

All information obtained in relation to this programme is, of course, confidential and entrusted to the professional ethics of the KEDGE Alumni coaching team.

PREREQUISITES:

Have an overall goal that serves the development of a commercial activity.

Prepare for each coaching session beforehand by identifying the goals of that session.

WHO’S IT FOR?

Any graduate involved in revenue-generating activities, in terms of management or execution, such as entrepreneurs, CEOs, business directors, business developers, merchants, revenue teams, persons in charge of partnerships, etc. 

FORMAT:

This course will be held via video-conference, so is accessible to EVERYONE, whether in France or abroad! You just need a computer, an internet connection, and a webcam (strongly recommended). 

ATTENTION: The dates provided on the registration page are inconsequential. Once you have registered, the coach will contact you directly to schedule your coaching sessions according to your respective availabilities.

Attention, any session that is cancelled with less than a 48-hour notice will be forfeit.
