“Today’s business practices, and even more COVID19, have made it evident that it is time to change the myth of the lone professional “superman” or ‘superwoman’. The real path to success in your work and life is through creating an “inner circle of connected relationships” – deep, close relationships with trusted individuals who will offer the encouragement, feedback, and generous mutual support every one of us needs to reach our full potential, supported by a further collective community or business tribe.  The Internet is an important tool, but it is not the full answer.
