🎯 Objectives

Are you currently employed and want to change careers? Are you looking for a job after working for several years in a company? Would you like to receive support in your professional repositioning venture?

Don't hesitate to take advantage of the Fresh Start programme held via video-conference – a module of 10 hours. This service is available to EVERYONE, no matter where they’re located! 

• Encourages you to reflect upon your professional evolution.
• Helps you assess your career path and the knowledge you've acquired, and identify your strengths, assets, and areas for improvement in order to transform the latter into avenues for growth.
• Helps you plan for the future through setting up a career plan and engagement in a dynamic process of change and progress.
• Creates an action plan with you to define the means and actions needed to be taken for you to achieve progress.

I graduated from Kedge Business School - Bordeaux in 1998, majoring in Audit/Finance, and have been a certified professional coach since 2021.

I have always been convinced of the power of people at the heart of business performance. I help executives, managers and students rediscover their confidence and leadership. This coaching will enable you to take concrete, benevolent action for your transformation.

I've experienced the stages of change from the inside out, so that my support is both conscious, benevolent and confronting:
