The Chalonnais and the Maconnais

In-person- KEDGE Alumni Wine Tasting

Session 1: Thursday, 21 October 2021 from 7:30 to 10:30 pm:

Chalonnais and Maconnais wines (Rully, Givry, Mercurey, Montagny, Bouzeron)

Discover the wines of the central and Southern Burgandy and two regions, Chalonnais and Maconnais, their appellations, their grape varieties, and their specific characteristics 


 

These events, which have taken place for 20 years now, are led by Muriel Petit, professional oenologist, and KEDGE Alumnus Olivier Mora.  
Sessions will be held at the KEDGE Business School Paris location every other month from 7:30 pm.
Each tasting session will be accompanied by dishes that go with the wines presented in that session.

Who’s it for? 

  • Students, graduates, and external participants
  • No particular level is required
  • People who love wine 

Format: 

  • Sessions will be held in person on the French campus
  • Sessions will be conducted in French
  • Each tasting session will be accompanied by dishes

Led by:

Muriel Petit has been an oenologist for many years. She conducts courses in both large and small companies, associations, schools, and restaurants. Muriel’s website is : "Muriel Petit chef à domicile et formation". "Muriel Petit has been a wine and cooking instructor since 1997 for catering professionals, companies, and individuals. She offers her services as a home chef, as well as courses and oenological and culinary events for all audiences (professionals, companies, individuals, works councils, associations, adults, and children)."
