Marc Gemeto, Director of Innovation at Gemalto, is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Paris engineering school. He has over 30 years' experience in product design, marketing and strategy, including 10 years in innovation management. His career was crowned in 2011 by the Agile Innovation Award for his BIG incubator at Gemalto, and in 2019 by his doctoral thesis, which explores how major groups can innovate in startup mode.

Pierre Naves is a sociologist of work, markets and organizations and a research associate at the Centre Emile Durkheim. With a doctorate in sociology, he puts his expertise at the service of the project to bridge the gap between social sciences and the operational needs of companies, by meeting with over 50 companies in France and abroad that have developed intrapreneurship programs.

Frédéric Prévot is Associate Professor of Strategy and International Management at KEDGE Business School. He was Associate Dean of the Faculty from 2013 to 2018. His research focuses on corporate reputation, emerging countries and inter-organizational relations (alliances and joint ventures).

Saïd Yami is Professor of Strategic Management at the Université de Lille - IAE and at KEDGE Business School. His research focuses on competitive relations and business models through the concepts of collective strategies and coopetition, in conjunction with innovation and entrepreneurship.
