Speakers :

Fabienne TRUF, Head of transicia Portage salarial: After a double degree in sales and HR, my career path has been built around 3 poles: recruitment, coaching & support for managers, and business development. With a wealth of experience in both the private and public sectors, I've held managerial positions in the private sector, headed a publicly-funded structure and learned about entrepreneurship. Today, these experiences enable me to identify the needs of the consultants I work with and to respond to them with a personalized approach, as well as to advise companies on this type of collaboration.

Patrick Rioux, transicia CEO, ESC 1988 graduate: After graduating from Sup de Co Bordeaux in 1988, I built my career around recruitment and business consulting. When I set up transicia in 2005, I was always keen to build a global and responsible range of employment solutions, including the creation of transicia's freelance administration business in 2007.
