RSRV Champagne Collection by Maison Mumm

As part of Paris Kedge Alumni Wine Tasting,
we are delighted to welcome Maison Mumm, who will be presenting
its RSRV champagne collection.

RSRV is the private cellar of Maison Mumm, a collection of 4 exceptional 100% Grand Cru champagnes, offering insiders and friends of the House
exceptional cuvées produced in limited quantities.

Come and taste the champagnes of this prestigious house
on Wednesday December 4 at 8:00 pm on the Paris campus.

Food and wine pairings provided by partner caterer Maison LaCaille.

This session is open to all graduates, whether or not they are members of the graduates' association.

"Maison Mumm has 218 hectares of vineyards, 160 of which are classified as Grands Crus. The estate covers eight of the most renowned terroirs in the Champagne region: Aÿ, Bouzy, Ambonnay, Verzy, Verzenay, Mailly for Pinot Noirs, Avize and Cramant for Chardonnays. From the outset, the House has been adamant about the quality of its grapes, in order to guarantee the consistency and excellence of its champagnes. Mumm has patented several high-tech projects, all serving the quality of its wines. Since its creation, the Mumm style has been based on a balance between freshness and intensity. A balance perpetuated by the House's twelve successive cellar masters. In order to let the wines express themselves fully, Mumm imposes long aging and a dosage liqueur of six to eight grams."
