Topic: How to raise funds successfully?

Raising funds is an important step in the life of a company. It can take up a lot of entrepreneurs' time and energy. But when? When? Why raise it? How much to raise? With whom? We'll be giving the floor to entrepreneurs and investors to demystify certain preconceptions and give you the right direction to take.

We are delighted to welcome 4 graduates:

- Benjamin Gaignault (ESC class of 2011): CEO and co-founder of start-up ornikar. com, which aims to cut the price of driving licenses by a factor of 2. After raising €1.5 million in November 2014 from the Partech and Elaia investment funds and Jacques-Antoine Granjon, Marc Simoncini and Xavier Niel (afters prize-winning #101projets), the company is preparing a 2nd round of financing in 2016.

- Nicols Hammer (ESC class of 2014): CEO and co-founder of start-up critizr.com, which enables consumers to get in touch with retailers and give them feedback. After raising an initial €400,000 from Business Angels in 2013, the company raised €2. 5m at the end of 2015 from funds including Point Nine Capital and Runa Capital, and €1m from CapHorn Invest in March 2016.

- Pierre-Edouard Berion (ESC class of 2011): VC / Investment Director at Idinvest Partners, a fund that invests in young innovative companies with high growth potential (Digital, Healthcare, Cleantech). Portfolio includes: Criteo, Deezer, Winamax, Kantox, Meetic, Vestiaire collectif....

- Jean-Emmanuel Vernay (ESC 1992): Founder of Invest Securities and PRE IPO, a participative financing platform for future listed companies.

At the end of the round table, Louis Aubert (ESC 2011) will pitch TRACKTL, a collaborative jukebox that lets everyone take control of their own musical environment.

A convivial cocktail will bring the evening to a close.
