The emergence of FinTech startups: will they blow up banking?

After the transformation currently taking place in many of our industries (cab, entertainment, tourism...), can we expect a disruption in banking? Will the bank be "uberized"? What does the future hold for banking as it exists today? To discuss these issues, we'll be delighted to welcome 4 key players at the heart of this trend:

- ALAIN CLOT: has spent most of his career with the Société Générale Group (half of which abroad: North America, Asia, UK), where he was head of SG London's trading room, SG Group Strategy Director, CEO of SG AM, Deputy CEO of Crédit du Nord. He has also been involved in the digital sector for some ten years: Chairman of FranceFinTech(www.francefintech.org), one of the founding fathers of Boursorama, Business Angel (7 startups including Compte Nickel and The Assets) and Senior Advisor at Ernst & Young.

- OLIVIER TILLOY : Deputy CEO of S-Money(www.s-money.fr), the Groupe BPCE subsidiary specializing in digital payments.

- HUBERT DE VAUPLANE : Partner at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, Hubert de Vauplane is an expert in the legal and regulatory issues surrounding banking disintermediation (corporate financing, asset management, e-payment, digital currencies, etc.).

- TRISTAN GRUE : A graduate of Kedge (Bordeaux - class of 2005), Tristan is the CEO and founder of Bolden (www.bolden.fr), an alternative lending platform enabling individuals to finance the real economy by lending directly to businesses.

Finally, FRANCK BURGUIERE, a graduate of Kedge (Bordeaux - class of 2010), will be pitching DIVIZY, a start-up offering an online payment solution for instant sharing between individuals.

A convivial cocktail will close the evening.
