Graduation Ceremony
at the Palais du Pharo in Marseille
Saturday 15 June 2019 at
4:00 p.m. for the first graduation ceremony
6:30 p.m. for the second graduation ceremony
In order to register to the ceremony, you need to be logged into your personal KEDGE Alumni profile.

To obtain your login information, you can use our password request system. You will receive an email within 48 hours with your username and a link to allow you to create a new
password.
Once you are logged, you can register to this ceremony on this page only.
FIRST GRADUATION CEREMONY AT 4:00 p.m.
4:00 p.m. : Reception for graduands and their guests
You will be signed in upon arrival, so please print your registration confirmation or save a copy to your mobile phone. Invitations are individually addressed, so your guests will also need to bring their registration confirmation.
You will then be invited to collect a mortarboard and gown. The mortarboard is free, but you will need to leave proof of identity as a deposit for the gown.
4:45 p.m. : Beginning of the ceremony
During the ceremony you will be called up to the stage in alphabetical order for the traditional “mortarboard throwing” photograph.
5:30 p.m. : End of the ceremony and beginning of the cocktail reception
This is when you will be able to collect your degree certificate.
The cocktail reception will end at 7:00 p.m.
SECOND GRADUATION CEREMONY AT 6:30 p.m.
6:30 p.m. : Reception for graduands and their guests
You will be signed in upon arrival, so please print your registration confirmation or save a copy to your mobile phone. Invitations are individually addressed, so your guests will also need to bring their registration confirmation.
You will then be invited to collect a mortarboard and gown. The mortarboard is free, but you will need to leave proof of identity as a deposit for the gown.
7:15 p.m. : Beginning of the ceremony
During the ceremony you will be called up to the stage in alphabetical order for the traditional “mortarboard throwing” photograph.
8:00 p.m. : End of the ceremony and beginning of the cocktail reception
This is when you will be able to collect your degree certificate.
The cocktail reception will end at 9:30 p.m.
Each graduate may bring two guests. We set the number of guests as two per graduate due to the limited number of seats in the auditorium.
Registration closes at midnight on Sunday 5 May.
If you wish to apply for an additional seat you will need to email ceremoniemarseille@kedgebs.com on or after Monday 6 May, stating:
Your last name, first name and course, the last name, first name and email address of the additional guest, and your relationship to them.
No requests for extra tickets will be considered before 6 May. Any remaining tickets will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
If you are not able to attend the Graduation Ceremony, you have two options:
- We can send you your degree certificate in the post. You must email us a request to arrange this: diplomesmarseille@kedgebs.com, including your last name, first name, telephone number, address, course, graduating class, and a scan of your proof of identity. No requests will be considered before the graduation ceremony date.
- You can have your degree certificate collected by someone else on the day of the ceremony. To do so, your chosen person must bring a copy of your proof of identity, proof of their identity, and a letter of permission signed by you.
