REGISTRATION

In order to register to the ceremony, you need to be logged into your personal KEDGE Alumni profile.
I lost my login information : what should I do ?
To obtain your login information, you can use our password request system. You will receive an email within 48 hours with your username and a link to allow you to create a new password.
Once you are logged, you can register to this ceremony on this page only. 

PROGRAMME

11 am : Welcome and registration for graduates and their guests

Registration will take place in the entrance lobby and you will need to present proof of identity. In order to access graduation ceremony, it is necessary to download on your smartphone or to print your registration confirmation. Invitations are personal, your guests must also have their registration confirmation.

You will then be invited to collect your mortarboard (graduate’s hat) and gown. The mortarboard is free but you will need to pay a deposit of €10 for the gown.

11:30 am : Beginning of the ceremony
During the ceremony, you will be called to the stage in alphabetical order, so that we can give you your KEDGE certificate, a photo will be taken by our photographer. At the end of the ceremony, all graduates will be invited up to the stage again for the group photo.

12:30 am  : End of the ceremony
On your way out of the auditorium, you will be asked to collect your degree with your ID.
Then there will be refreshments and entertainment for you to enjoy on campus. In addition, you will be able to make a tour of the campus with your guests and take advantage of the photo booth.

12:30 pm: Cocktail reception and musical entertainment
End: 2 pm

GUESTS

Each graduate may bring two guests. We limit the number of guests due to the number of seats in the auditoriums. For safety reasons, we cannot exceed the maximum number of people.
If you wish to bring more than 2 guests, when you register for graduation please send an email to us at communication@kedgebs.com specifying your course and the full names of your additional guests. They will be placed on the reserve list. Depending on the number of registered people once the registration deadline has passed, we will allocate the additional tickets.

COLLECTING YOUR DEGREE CERTIFICATE

If you cannot attend, you have two options:

- Send a request via email to diplomesbordeaux@kedgebs.com. So that your degree certificate can be sent to you by recorded delivery, you must specify your last name, first name, telephone number, address, course, and a scan of your proof of identity. Requests will be processed after the graduation ceremony.

- Have your degree certificate collected by someone else on the day of the ceremony. To do so, your chosen person must bring a copy of your proof of identity, proof of their identity, and a letter of permission signed by you.
