Extraordinary General Meeting February 7, 2017
Euromed Management Alumni Association

Dear Members of the Euromed Management Alumni Association,

As you know, since the merger of our two schools (BEM and Euromed Management), we've been working to merge our respective alumni associations. Operationally, we've already pooled everything, and you've already seen the results. All that remained was for us to finalize the administrative aspects, which are essential to the smooth and financially efficient running of a single, unified alumni group.

The big day has finally arrived: at the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held this Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at 6:30 pm, we will present the details of the merger of BEM Talents and the Euromed Management Alumni Association, into a single association called Kedge BS Alumni : we'll go over the background, the new organization and explain the steps to be taken in concomitance with Bordeaux.

On February 2, BEM Talents will vote at its EGM to change its name (to Kedge BS Alumni) and bylaws, effectively integrating all Euromed graduates, and modifying its governance to reflect the balance between the different campuses and programs. We will then have to vote on the dissolution of the Euromed Management Alumni Association and the devolution of its assets to Kedge BS Almuni.

This administrative stage will also enable us to discuss the future development of the unique Association at your service.
