Aperitif & round table: Interim MANAGEMENT

Interim management: Whats4u brings together Laurence CAPIEU (Executive Interim Manager), Philine KLOP (France Transition) and Damien MOIZAN (LHH) to discuss the evolution of interim management and answer your questions. The round table will be followed by a networking session to exchange contacts across all sectors.

The round table will be followed by a networking session during which participants will be randomly divided into pairs or trios, for a quick presentation and exchange of contacts, in 15-minute sessions. An opportunity to make unexpected and enriching encounters!

A few reminders to help you make the most of this moment of exchange:

  • Prepare a short brief to introduce yourself (profile, sectors and companies of interest) and get straight to the point ✔️
  • For the networking, you will be invited to join a room to meet one or two other alumni. Click on "accept" to start networking. Play along, don't leave your fellow alumni alone
    with their drinks ;) 💬
  • Once you're in the networking room, start by exchanging contacts, to avoid being disconnected first! The administrator disconnects the rooms every 12 to 15 minutes, so it would be a
    it would be a shame to have exchanged with someone and not have taken their email... A message will warn you 60 seconds before the automatic disconnection, but better safe than sorry. ⏱️
  • Every 12 to 15 minutes, you'll change rooms to meet other alumni, until 8pm. 🔄
 

Event organized by WHATS4U: Whats4U is a project that brings together 18 alumni associations from prestigious engineering and management Grandes Écoles. For over 15 years, Whats4U has been connecting alumni and recruiters via its job platform www.whats4u.org and events.

    Transition Manager at Impact - Association IMWI

    Laurence Capieu has been supporting companies in their transformations since 2017, as an interim manager and business advisor. She has a dual engineering and business background, with 10 years in sales, sales management and consulting. This led to 10 years of intrapreneurship and transformation of niche businesses in large companies, at the heart of the circular economy and functionality. She then moved on to the general management of an SME, for a successful turnaround and redeployment, before becoming independent as an entrepreneurial project leader and then interim manager. In recent years, she has supported companies in their transformation programs, such as Groupe Renault, Economat des Armées, Naldeo Technologies et Industries and CIRSEE, the Suez Group's research center. Convinced that economic sustainability requires a shift away from the traditional economy, she proposes to lead companies towards robustness and the full development of their potential and value creation.

  • Philine KLOP
    Managing Director - FRANCE TRANSITION

    Philine Klop has over 25 years' experience in a variety of fields including marketing, communications, sales and business development. Quadrilingual, she is fluent in English, Dutch, French and Spanish, which enables her to evolve easily in international contexts. She has held strategic positions at PRICOA International and the Dutch Flower Board. Since 2017, she has been invested at WAYDEN, where she holds the roles of Chief of Staff and Director of Corporate Development. Since 2022, she has also been Managing Director of France Transition, giving her a 360-degree view of the interim management market in which she operates.

  • Damien MOIZAN
    Principal - LHH Solutions

    Damien Moizan is Principal at LHH, Recruitment Solutions : Interim Management. A graduate of EDHEC, He has 15 years' experience in specialized recruitment activities, including 12 in interim management, and 4 with the Adecco group for the Badenoch + Clark brand, then LHH Recruitment Solutions. In particular, he is responsible for business development (developing the loyalty of key accounts and SMEs, and developing and managing a portfolio of customers for the Lyon office), and recruitment (creating, developing and maintaining a network of candidates).velopment and maintenance of a network of professional interim managers for executive committee functions, surgical sourcing of middle managers for urgent bridging assignments and candidate coaching.
