“Using Data Makes Sense"
Business & Decision, Data & Digital specialists for 25 years in Europe, will show how Data can be used to add value to winemakers to improve both the excellence of their production, and the quality and health of the vines. Through the collection and analysis of the Data, Business & Decision is also aimed at craft trades.

- 18h30 - 19h00: Conference - Business & Decision, "Integrating Data into Winemaking" with Corinne FABRE, Kedge graduate and Regional Manager of Business & Decision
- 19h30 - 20h30: Wine tasting by Jean-Michel NOVELLE, Domaine du Clos Novelle, Independent Wine and Spirit professional, and Lionel ROSNET, Kedge graduate and founder of the Swiss Wine School
