The round table will be followed by a networking session during which participants will be randomly divided into pairs or trios, for a quick presentation and exchange of contacts, in 15-minute sessions. An opportunity to make unexpected and enriching encounters!

 

📆 Program:

- 6:30 pm > 7:15 pm: Round table discussion
Whats4u brings together Laurence Casala (career transition coach, creator of the Expat&Moi program) and Christophe Xerri (independent international expert, president of The Sailing Brain Consulting), to talk about international mobility, and answer your questions.

- 7.15pm > 8pm: Networking with alumni from all sectors
Here are a few reminders to help you make the most of this networking opportunity:

  • Prepare a short brief to introduce yourself (profile, sectors and companies of interest) and get straight to the point ✔️
  • For the networking, you will be invited to join a room to meet one or two other alumni. Click on "accept" to start networking. Play along, don't leave your fellow alumni alone
    with their drinks ;) 💬
  • Once you're in the networking room, start by exchanging contacts, to avoid being disconnected first! The administrator disconnects the rooms every 12 to 15 minutes, so it would be a
    it would be a shame to have exchanged with someone and not have taken their email... A message will warn you 60 seconds before the automatic disconnection, but better safe than sorry. ⏱️
  • Every 12 to 15 minutes, you'll change rooms to meet other alumni, until 8pm. 🔄
 

Event organized by WHATS4U: Whats4U is a project that brings together 18 alumni associations from prestigious engineering and management Grandes Écoles. For over 15 years, Whats4U has been connecting alumni and recruiters via its job platform www.whats4u.org and events.

    Senior Executive Vice President, Supply Chain & Operations practice - Président de The Sailing Brain Consulting

    With over 30 years' experience in strategy consulting, Max Blanchet heads Accenture Strategy's global Supply Chain practice. He specializes in industrial sectors and large-scale business transformation, with a particular focus on digital and artificial intelligence. He advises the management teams of major industrial groups, industry associations and public institutions. Recognized as a leading expert, he is the author of three books on industry, including L'Industrie du XXIe siècle, and is a frequent speaker and contributor on the future of industry.

  • Benoît GHIRARDOTTI
    Production Manager - Corso Magenta

    Benoît Ghirardotti is a graduate of Ecole Centrale Lille, Production Systems Engineering, class of 2007. He spent 15 years in China in the industrial production and supply chain sectors. His expatriation began as Purchasing and Coordination Manager in Dalian, China, for a Freyssinet subsidiary. In 2010, he became Purchasing Manager of a factory producing promotional items for export, in Zhaoqing, for the Taiwanese company QCS Asia. He became General Manager when the factory moved to new premises in 2015. Staff numbers rise to 50, then fall back after COVID. In 2021, he becomes operations manager at a laser steel-cutting site near Canton, for Canadian company Komaspec. Returning to France in 2023 with his wife and 3 children, he is now Production Manager at Corso Magenta, an aeronautical start-up in the Paris suburbs.
