The ISLI Forum is back for its 33rd edition
📅 RENDEZ-VOUS ON FRIDAY, MAY 23, 2025 ON THE TALENCE CAMPUS.
This year, the Forum focuses on a sector where precision and innovation are essential: aeronautics, aerospace and defense.
Some sectors can afford to change slowly. Aeronautics does not have this luxury. Too many strategic stakes, too much competition, too many repercussions. Every technological breakthrough creates a shockwave, every new constraint reshapes the industrial landscape.
For several years now, the entire chain has been trying to keep pace with unprecedented geopolitical tensions, a digital transformation that exposes as much as it strengthens, and an ecological transition that can no longer wait. The orchestration is fragile, but the audacity is paying off. Manufacturers who take the technological turn, invest in cyber-resilience, and reinvent their supply chains are not content to simply follow the sector's evolution: they will be its orchestral conductors.
This forum brings face-to-face those who are making these choices, those who are betting, and those who are taking risks. In a complex global context, industry needs to adopt new supply chain models based on innovation. Innovation is not an abstract notion, but a real leap into the unknown whose landing must be mastered.
To explore these challenges, the forum will feature two conferences and three roundtables on:
👉 Industries facing a complex and competitive landscape
Between geopolitical tensions and the demands of competitiveness, the aerospace and defense industries must constantly adapt. The strategic and rigorous defense supply chain combines innovation and safety, while giants like Airbus and Boeing, driven by ramp-up and technological excellence, compete with smaller players in a race for performance.
👉 Innovation drives these industries
While digitalization optimizes industrial chains, it also exposes them to cyberthreats, making digital security crucial. At the same time, drones are revolutionizing logistics and space exploration is opening up new prospects, confirming that innovation is the driving force behind an industry that is always on the move.
👉 A reinvented, life-saving supply chain
Faced with successive crises, the industry needs to anticipate tensions and guarantee the continuity of flows. Big data and predictive maintenance are transforming operations management, reducing downtime and improving performance. But the future also lies in sustainability: with the goal of decarbonization by 2050, the Supply Chain must combine resilience and responsibility, driving innovation towards greener solutions.
The two conferences will address the essential levers for designing competitive supply chains.
