CLUB OENOLOGIE in PARIS

Dear oenology-loving alumni,

The next Club Oenologie Paris meeting will take place on Thursday, December 10, 2015 at 7:30 pm at Kedge BS Paris.

Rates per session:
Members: €30
Non-members and visitors: €50

The OENOLOGIE PARIS club has been run by Olivier MORA (ESC 1999) since 2004 and by Muriel Petit, a professional oenologist (since 2000).
The principle is simple: graduates gather around a table on Thursdays once a month for a good three hours (7:30-10:30 pm) to discover a theme, a wine region or a country. All bottles are chosen by Muriel, Olivier and various wine merchants. On these evenings, you'll also find dishes that go especially well with the theme in question. No particular skill level is required. The presence of a professional oenologist will reassure you as to both the quality of the course and the choice of wines tested.
