Managers of SMEs and MSEs, would you like to promote your company and train young talent? Become part of the Volontariat Territorial en Entreprise (Regional Volunteering in Companies)!

Overview:

Spearheaded by Bpifrance since May 2019, the VTE is intended to give preference to students and young graduates from higher education institutions and channeling them to SMEs and MSEs located primarily in the regions of France. Those companies need this talent so they can reach their innovation and economic development goals.

A win-win initiative!

Through assignments offered by entrepreneurs to students with 2 to 5 years of higher education, the VTE provides opportunities for young people to take on responsibilities via work-study or post-graduate contracts. 

Some local authorities in which the company is located may offer support to companies so they can take advantage of this scheme. There are several types of assistance: vte-france.fr/regions. 

VTE Charter:

By signing up to this charter, the student/graduate participant and the company's managers commit to the development of French SMEs and MSEs. It encourages the establishment of mutually beneficial relationships and is intended to further the growth and development of the company through managers who are inspired by the vitality provided by young talent.
