Employment Workshops

KEDGE Alumni has organised an employment workshop on: "My dream company – how do I find it t? Or create it!"

Option: You can also take advantage of two hours of individual and personalised coaching with our coach after the workshop.

Workshop objectives:                                                                     

Every company, whatever its size, has its own corporate culture, developed throughout its history and established over time. This is known as its “collective identity”.

This workshop will show you how to identify and create your company's culture so you can better target your recruitments, as well as to identify the companies that fit you. 

Detailed Programme: 

• What is corporate culture and how do you know what it’s like you are not in the company?
• Which companies are made for me?
• If I can’t find a company that fits me, why should I create my own? 

Date and practical information:

• Employment workshop: Wednesday 25 November 2020, from 6:30 to 8 pm

This workshop will be held via video-conference.  You just need a computer and an internet connection. 

The day before the workshop, you will receive a link that will allow you to connect to the workshop. 

ADVANTAGES: you can attend from your home or workplace.   

• OPTION 2 hours of individual coaching: After the workshop, our coach will contact you directly to schedule your coaching session. Attention, any session that is cancelled with less than 48-hour notice will be forfeit.
