"Communities of innovation, or the emergence of collaborative management to support your company's development".

Tuesday, September 17, 2019
From 8:30 am to 10:00 am

NEW CAMPUS - Kedge Business School -
40 Avenue des terroirs de France 75012 Paris

Reception from 8.00 am

At a time when innovation is emerging as a key issue for businesses, the 2018 Bloomberg Innovation Index ranking of the most innovative countries shows how difficult it is for French companies to innovate.

When it comes to innovation, a growing number of companies are thus discovering the key role played by communities. According to the 2018 FNEGE barometer, 88% of managers see communities as a major challenge for their development .Communities are groups of individuals (internal and/or external) who informally share their practices and experiences with the aim of improving and innovating: product or brand usage, process improvement, sales performance, new service development or product improvement, supplier qualification, etc...

Using Schneider Electric as an example, we will discuss how communities can foster collaborative innovation by transforming the way companies are managed.

With the participation of :

Catherine Thiesse, Director of Knowledge Management and Communities of Practice for the Schneider Electric Group. Catherine Thiesse is passionate about knowledge sharing, collaboration and innovation, and has a wealth of experience accumulated in various business sectors: Head of Industrial Competence Strategy Europe, Head of Purchasing Strategy for industrial product ranges for the Schneider Electric Group.
