Kedge Alumni invites you to take part in this new Alumni Workshop on the theme " How to manage your teams and prepare them for the crisis".

Workshop objectives :

Deconfinement is not instantaneous and can be interrupted. It is therefore important to consider it as a process, the success of which will depend on management. We will look at the 3 pillars of success for this return to the company, imagining how to turn this situation into an opportunity to invent a new way of being together.

Date and practical details :

• Alumni workshop: June 2, 2020 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm

This workshop will take place by videoconference. All you need is a computer and an Internet connection.
The day before the workshop, you will receive a link by email allowing you to connect to the workshop.

ADVANTAGES: you can meet at home or at work. All you need is a computer, Internet access and a webcam (strongly recommended).
