Objectives


Stress can be good for you! How can you make it your ally?

During this workshop, you will learn that stress is a reservoir of energy and how you can use this energy to achieve your goals.

Rather than being overwhelmed by stressful situations, this workshop will go over the four steps to take to transform the stress generated by such situations into positive energy to create lasting performance. Succeed by taking care of yourself.

Option: You can also receive two hours of individual and personalised coaching with our coach following this workshop.

  • Workshop: Thursday, 25 November 2021 from 6:00 8:00 pm

🌎This workshop is being held remotely, so is accessible to EVERYONE, whether located in France or abroadYou just need a computer, internet access, and a webcam (strongly suggested).

The day before the workshop, you will receive a link that will allow you to connect to the workshop.

  • Individual Coaching Option: After the workshop, our coach will contact you directly to schedule your coaching session. Attention, any session that is cancelled with less than 48-hour notice will be forfeited.
