Financial projections

As part of its range of support services designed for Alumni, KEDGE BS Alumni, offers a new workshop "Financial projections", specifically created for entrepreneurs or those who want to become one.

Option: You can also take advantage of individual and personalised coaching with one of our coaches after the workshop.

OBJECTIVES:

These two workshops will give you the basic skills you need to make projections. You would then be able to present the figures you need for any entrepreneurial project and give it consistency.

PROGRAMME:

• Write a financing plan
• Produce an income statement
• Draw up a cash flow plan
• Know the different determinant banking indicators
• Understand the important concepts that influence a forecast
• The distinctive characteristics of start-ups
• A free tool to begin a basic forecasting process 

WHO’S IT FOR?

Any entrepreneur or person wishing to become one, and who wishes to give quantified visibility to his or her project. 

PREREQUISITES: 

Cannot be receiving support from the KEDGE Business Nursery.  

DATES AND PRACTICAL INFORMATION:

• Workshops: 
  • Session 1: Wednesday, 24 march 2021, from 12 pm to 2 pm
  • Session 2: Wednesday, 31 march 2021, from 12 pm to 2 pm

This workshop is held via video-conference. You just need a computer and an internet connection.

You will receive an email the day before the workshop which will allow you to connect to the workshop.

ADVANTAGES: you can hold sessions from your home or place of work

• INDIVIDUAL COACHING OPTION: After the workshop, our coach will contact you directly to schedule your coaching session. Attention, any session that is cancelled with less than 48-hour notice will be forfeit.
