The Partnership Agreement

As part of its range of support services designed for Alumni, KEDGE BS Alumni, now offers a new workshop, "The Partnership Agreement" specifically created for entrepreneurs or those who wish to become one.

Option: You can also benefit from individual and personalised coaching from one of our coaches following this workshop. 

OBJECTIVES:

• Learn the importance of a partnership agreement in its relations with partners and investors, transfer of securities, non-compete clauses, etc.

WHO’S IT FOR?

Entrepreneurs or anyone who wants to become one.

PREREQUISITE: 

Must not be receiving support from the Business Nursery of KEDGE BS.  

Dates and practical information:

• Workshop: Thursday, 20 Avril 2021, from 12 to 2:00 pm

This workshop will be held via video-conference. You just need a computer and an internet connection.

The day before the workshop, you will receive a link that will allow you to connect to the workshop.

ADVANTAGES: you can attend from your home or workplace.

• INDIVIDUAL COACHING OPTION: After the workshop, our coach will contact you directly to schedule your coaching session. Attention, any session that is cancelled with less than 48-hour notice will be forfeit.
