KEDGE BS Alumni offers a new workshop entitled "Distance working- how to make the most of your acquired skills and turn them into a career opportunity”.

Option: You can also receive 1 or 2 hours of individual and personalised coaching with one of our coaches following this workshop.

Objectives:

Because of the pandemic, teleworking may become a very common or even dominant form of working particularly nowadays.

Facebook and Google have announced that it is making distance working into a strategic HR axis. This is also the case in other companies, including some in France where “74% of the HR directors questioned at the end of April by the National Association of HR directors (ANDRH) anticipate (the) perennial development of teleworking. "(in Challenges May 2020)

  1. Identify and value you the skills you’ve developed, both known and unknown, by working at a distance no matter what your position and role.
  2. Risks and opportunities.
  3. How to turn telework a career opportunity.

Dates and practical information: 

  • Workshop: Monday, 7 December 2020, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm

This course will be held via video-conference, so is accessible to EVERYONE, whether in France or abroad! You just need a computer, an internet connection, and a webcam (strongly recommended).

The day before the workshop, you will receive a link that will allow you to connect to the workshop.

  • INDIVIDUAL COACHING OPTION: After the workshop, our coach will contact you directly to schedule your coaching session. Attention, any session that is cancelled with less than 48-hour notice will be forfeited.
