What legal structure should my company take?

As part of its range of support services designed for Alumni, KEDGE BS Alumni now offers a workshop entitled “What legal structure should my company take?”, which is specifically designed for entrepreneurs or those who want to become one. 

Option: You can also receive individual and personalised coaching from one of our coaches following this workshop.

OBJECTIVES:

• Understand the functioning of a company, particularly that of a SAS (joint-stock company).

WHO’S IT FOR?

Entrepreneurs or any person who wants to become one. 

PREREQUISITES:

Must not be receiving support from KEDGE BS’s Business Nursery.  

DATES AND PRACTICAL INFORMATION:

• Workshop: Tuesday, 1 December 2020, from 12:30 to 2:00 pm.

This workshop will be held via video-conference. You just need a computer and an internet connection. 

• The day before the workshop, you will receive a link that will allow you to connect to the workshop. 

ADVANTAGES: you can attend from your home or workplace. 

• INDIVIDUAL COACHING OPTION: After the workshop, our coach will contact you directly to schedule your coaching session. Attention, any session that is cancelled with less than 48-hour notice will be forfeit.
