The Business Model

As part of its range of support services designed for Alumni, KEDGE BS Alumni offers a new workshop, "Business Model", specifically designed for entrepreneurs, or those who want to become one. Led by Xavier HOLLANDTS.

Option: You can also take advantage of individual and personalised coaching with our coach Maël Conan following this workshop.

OBJECTIVES:

This workshop assists the process of creation and covers essential elements needed to advance on the creation of your business model. An interactive methodology is employed. 

• Your value proposition statement
• Your customers
• Your key partners and resources
• Channels and customer relationships
• Revenue streams and cost structures

WHO’S IT FOR?

Entrepreneurs or anyone who wants to become one.

PREREQUISITES: 

Cannot be receiving support from the KEDGE Business Nursery. 

DATES AND PRACTICAL INFORMATION:

• Workshop: Tuesday, 6 October 2020, from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

This workshop is held via video-conference. You just need a computer and an internet connection.

You will receive an email the day before the workshop which will allow you to connect to the workshop.

ADVANTAGES: you can hold sessions from your home or place of work

• INDIVIDUAL COACHING OPTION: After the workshop, our coach will contact you directly to schedule your coaching session. Attention, any session that is cancelled with less than 48-hour notice will be forfeit.
