As part of its programmes of support to graduates, KEDGE BS Alumni has organised a new workshop "The choice of the collective agreement, from first trainee and the first hire", specifically designed for entrepreneurs or people who wish to become one.

Option: You can also take advantage of individual and personalised coaching with one of our coaches following this employment workshop.

OBJECTIVES:

• Presentation of the tools of labour law that can be used by new companies in a practical way.
• Concrete examples of pitfalls to be avoided, even before your first hire (collective agreements, manager's status, etc.).
• Trainees: making the right choices.
• The big leap from the first employment contract.
• Social motivation tools (remuneration, incentives, etc.). 

WHO’S IT FOR?

Entrepreneurs or anyone wanting to become an entrepreneur. 

PREREQUISITE: 

You can’t be receiving support from the KEDGE BS Business Nursery

Date and practical information:

• Employment workshop: Wednesday 18 November 2020 from 12 to 2 pm

This workshop will be held via video-conference.  You just need a computer and an internet connection. 

The day before the workshop, you will receive a link that will allow you to connect to the workshop. 

ADVANTAGES: you can attend from your home or workplace.   

• OPTION - individual coaching: After the workshop, our coach will contact you directly to schedule your coaching session.  Attention, any session that is cancelled with less than 48-hour notice will be forfeit.
