Oenology Club Bordeaux

The amazing marriage of wine and coffee

The Oenology Club meets again in Bordeaux on the 29th of June!

Our host, Emmanuel Cubié, Associate Director of Supply Chain & SI, is pleased to invite Alumni to workshops around the theme of wine and coffee at his business, MaxiCoffee.

Programme:

7:30 - 8:00 pm: Welcome and nibblies

8:00 - 8:30 pm: Coffee cupping, alternatively wine / coffee

8:30 – 9:00 pm: Slow Coffee

During this evening, we will have the privilege of demonstrations by:

  • Marco Sousa de Rosa, French Champion Barista 2017
  • Mikael Humbert, French Champion Latte Art 2017

These workshops & demonstrations will be followed by a dinner aperitif.

Come and discover the marriage of wine and coffee in the presence of 2 coffee champions of France!
