Fresh Start, the career change support programme for KEDGE graduates

OBJECTIVES


  • Encourage you to reflect upon your career path.
  • Analyse your career path and the skills you have acquired in order to identify your strengths, your assets, and the areas in which you need improvement so you can to transform them into areas for growth.
  • Help you plan for the future by formulating a career plan so that you will be committed to a dynamic of change and progress.
  • Help you draw up an action plan and define the resources and actions that will need to be implemented so you can achieve your goals.

DETAILED PROGRAMME


Group workshops:

  • Workshop # 1: Get started
  • Workshop # 2: Getting to know yourself with the "MBTI Diagnosis"
  • Workshop #3: Valuing one's skills capital (Presentation of professional achievements, identification of key transferable skills)
  • Workshop # 4: Setting and presenting your professional objectives
  • Workshop #5: Feedback, updating action plans, recap
Individual workshops: 
  • Workshop # 1 (1.5h): Getting to know yourself with the "MBTI Diagnosis"
  • Workshop # 2 (1h): Gathering personal elements to create your pitch
  • Workshop #3 (1h): Finalising your goals, action plan

  • GROUP: 6 January 2022 from 6:30 to 9:30 pm
  • GROUP: 13 January 2022 6:30 to 9:30 pm
  • INDIVIDUAL: between the 13 and 27 January 2022
  • GROUP: 27 January 2022
  • INDIVIDUAL: between 27 January and 10 February 2022
  • GROUP: 17 February 2022 from 6:30 to 9:30 pm
  • INDIVIDUAL: between 17 February and 10 March 2022
  • GROUP: 10 March 2022 from 6:30 to 9:30 pm

Practical information


  • Maximum of six participants
  • Module of five group workshops (14 hours total) and 3.5 hours of individual sessions

🌎This workshop is being held remotely, so is accessible to EVERYONE, whether located in France or abroadYou just need a computer, internet access, and a webcam (strongly suggested). 

The day before the workshop, you will receive a link that will allow you to connect to the workshop.
