Launching of the Gender Equality Club

To celebrate the launch of the "Gender Equality Club", Céline Parsoud (ESC 2011), the manager of this new club, is pleased to invite you to the club's first round table conference on Tuesday, October 3, 2017, at 7:30 pm at KEDGE BS on:

"Gender equality in the professional world: toward a new company culture?"

This 100% mixed round table will raise several subjects related to gender equality in the corporate world: do we still have to demonstrate the link between diversity and performance? How to create a truly equal corporate culture? How to include equality at the heart of companies' digital transformation? Are companies really committed to diversity or are the practicing a kind of "green washing" for diversity? ... 

To discuss these important topics, we will have the greate pleasure of welcoming:

- Edouard Belouet (ESC 2007), Advocate for the programme EQUALS and Senior Manager at Accenture Technologie

- Emilie Poisson, Executive Director of the Convergence platform
